Strategic Development Group was formed in 2006 by an experienced group of real estate professionals with many years of real estate investing, planning, and developmental experience. All project management is led by highly qualified civil engineers with years of engineering, planning, and project management experience.

Most of our projects are designed once we have the end users or buyers in place. We believe that an exceptional result comes from keeping the end in mind and assembling the right team to get the job done.

Once we have chosen the Project Manager we assemble the right team of designers, architects, land planners, landscape architects, hydrologists, soils experts, transportation planners, civil engineers, surveyors, and attorneys to complete the project.

Sales are typically completed once all entitlements are acquired. Our team focuses on completing all developmental approvals and rarely execute any infrastructure or vertical construction.
